In a few days you’ll get back a plain-English map: what could run itself, what would stay human, and roughly what that’s worth to you. Free, and no meeting required: everything happens over email, on your schedule. If the map is useful and you want it built, we go from there. If not, keep it.
It doesn’t need to sound technical. It sounds like this:
