For used-parts sellers on eBay

Every place you sell should match your shelf.

The same part is on your web store, on eBay, maybe on a second eBay account, and on the shelf for the counter. It sells in one place, stays live in the others, and the next buyer gets a cancellation. Then there are the hours of listing. I build one system that takes care of that busy work.

Motorcycle, ATV and snowmobile, heavy truck, marine, RV and import parts.

What I build

One system for the eBay busy work

  • Stock in sync

I keep eBay in step with your inventory system or web store and flag anything that sold elsewhere. A part sold at the counter, on your web store or on your other eBay account comes down everywhere else instead of turning into a cancellation.

  • Faster listings

Photos and a part number go in, and a finished listing comes out for you to check: title, item specifics and fitment. The price is set against what’s listed on eBay right now.

  • Returns, cases and messages in one queue

Everything a buyer opens, on either eBay account, lands in one list with eBay’s clock on each one, so a deadline is in front of you instead of buried in the inbox.

  • Built around the system you already use

ITrack, Hollander, Checkmate, Shopify, WooCommerce or SureDone stays. You get one system that works with you, not a stack of monthly tools.

Who builds it

From 2012 to 2026 I ran the eBay side of AllOEMRims and built the system behind it.

You may have seen our listings: OEM wheels on bright colored backgrounds, mostly that bright blue. AllOEMRims closed in 2026. What it taught me about eBay is what I build with now.

How it starts

Two easy ways in

A free Listing Audit

Send me your eBay store name. I’ll score 10 to 20 of your live listings and email you what’s holding them back.

  • Free
  • In writing
  • No call
  • No password

If you want help after that, each stage is a fixed price, agreed up front, and everything is set up in accounts in your name.

Technical · advancedUnder the hoodFor the technical folks: how it connects, what it’s built with, and how it’s kept safe.

I’d rather you know exactly what you’re getting. This is how a business’s system is set up, in plain technical terms. Where something is how my own back office works today, I say so. I don’t hold a security certification like SOC 2, and I won’t tell you anything is unhackable. What I can tell you is that these basics are always there.

How it connects

  • eBay, through eBay’s official APIs. You sign in on eBay’s own page and approve access (OAuth). I never see your eBay password, and nothing is screen scraped.
  • Each business gets its own eBay developer key, set up just for that business. If you ever want to move on, you can register your own and reconnect.
  • Listings your current listing tool or web store created on eBay stay on eBay’s Trading API, so that tool keeps working. Orders, returns and cases, buyer messages, your seller rating and current prices each come from the eBay API made for that job.
  • Your inventory system or web store (ITrack, Hollander, Shopify, WooCommerce, SureDone) through the exports or reports it already makes on a schedule, or through access you or your vendor grant. Nothing reads its database without your written OK.
  • New eBay orders are checked every couple of minutes, messages every 5, returns and cases every 15, and stock is compared each time a new export comes in.

What it’s built with

  • Python, with FastAPI and SQLite, for the services and the back office.
  • JavaScript and TypeScript for the screens and for Cloudflare Workers. Next.js for websites, this one included.
  • Cloudflare for sign-in (Access), the encrypted connection to your server and hosting websites (Pages). Resend sends the email.
  • The same stack my own back office runs on today.

Where it runs and who owns it

  • Each business gets its own install. It isn’t shared with any other business.
  • It runs on a small cloud server in your name, with me as the admin, and its backups go to storage in your name too.
  • Your eBay data lives in your install. My own back office doesn’t keep a copy, and I don’t sell or share your data.
  • It keeps only what it needs: buyer addresses go once the shipping window closes, and messages after 180 days.

How it’s kept safe

  • Staff sign in through Cloudflare's single sign-on, so you decide who gets in and can take anyone's access away at any time.
  • Keys get only the access they need. If eBay ever hands back less access than the job needs, it stops making changes and tells me.
  • Passwords and keys never live in the code. They sit in a locked down file on the server, and your eBay token is encrypted there and never leaves it.
  • Everything travels over HTTPS. Webhooks from outside services are checked against their signature before anything in them is used, and anything public has rate limits.
  • Every change it makes goes into an audit log the app has no way to edit or delete. In my own back office, a price change is a new entry and the old one is kept.
  • New features start in dry run, so you see what it would do before it does it. A kill switch stops all changes at once. It never ends a listing that has an open order, and it never changes a price.

How changes are made

  • My own back office runs over 3,000 automated tests on every change, once on my machine and again on the server. Nothing ships unless both pass. Your system gets its own suite, run the same way.
  • A backup is taken before any database change.
  • Every release is versioned and can be rolled back.
  • A health check runs after each update, and monitoring keeps checking it every 5 minutes after that.
  • Updates are remote. A fix never needs a trip to your shop.

What you get at the end

  • A runbook for your system and a one page guide for your staff, plus a short training session.
  • The audit log, so you can see every change it ever made.
  • Admin access to everything, in accounts in your name.

Straight answers

Do I have to change my web store or inventory system?

No. ITrack, Hollander, Shopify, WooCommerce, SureDone or whatever you run stays right where it is. What I build works alongside it and keeps eBay in step with it.

I sell on two eBay accounts. Does that work?

Yes. Both accounts are kept in step with the same stock, and the returns, cases and messages from both land in the same queue.

Is this a sales call?

No. If you call or email, I’ll ask how eBay fits into your day and what gets in the way. If I can help, I’ll tell you how. If I can’t, I’ll tell you that too.

What does it cost?

Each stage is a fixed price, agreed up front before any work starts, so there are no surprises. Every business is set up differently, so there’s no price list. The easiest place to start is the free Listing Audit.

Who are you?

Justin Zagar, and it’s just me. From 2012 to 2026 I ran the eBay side of AllOEMRims, an OEM wheel business, and built the system behind it. Now I build the same kind of system for used-parts sellers. I’m not affiliated with eBay.
